Senior Frontend Engineer

Parse Pay is looking for a full-time, remote, and dynamic Senior Frontend Engineer that is adept in Vue JS and has experience creating RESTful, API-driven web applications. Our POS software is ever-evolving and we are in the process of building out innovative features to help deliver and iterate on solutions that meet industry demands. The company is poised for growth and along with that comes many opportunities to hone in on your skills and work alongside other experts in your field.

• Lead the development of next-generation responsive web applications
• Design and develop clean, reusable code while building web applications with JavaScript, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and others
• Implement responsive layouts for multiple platforms/browsers
• Create new and maintain existing PHP/Laravel API endpoints
• Work cross-functionally with various Development, QA, and Integration teams
• Design, develop, test, and productize front-end components and services deployed on our continuous delivery platform

• Experience developing with modern, client-side Javascript (ES6 preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of Vue.js (2/3), Vuex, and Vue Router. Webpack and Babel know-how is a plus.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS/SASS, implementing responsive web design, and building complex layouts
• Knowledge of Web development patterns/tools/idioms and APIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capability of meeting project milestones and comfortable with agile development
